I work on AI adoption and applications at The Palace Company. I identify business problems, develop solutions, and coordinate implementation with operations, Development, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams. My background in operations, procurement, data analysis, and project management helps me understand how processes work and turn real needs into secure, useful, measurable solutions. I also help teams learn to use AI responsibly so the results last.
