Adoption

AI Adoption Strategy

I designed and ran an AI adoption strategy connecting progressive learning, a community of ambassadors, and a path for departments to bring their initiatives into production.

Context

Between March and October 2026, the strategy expanded AI training and solution building across the company, beyond the Technology department.

Problem

The company needed a consistent way to provide AI education across departments, support people's progression, and increase the number of solutions created outside Technology.

My contribution

I conceived the initiatives and was responsible for their design, development, content creation, and ongoing platform monitoring from end to end.

Approach

I connected AI Builders Fridays, AI Innovation Lab, and AI 4X as stages of progressive learning. The AI Champions community carries that learning into departments and helps turn local ideas into evaluated solutions ready for production.

Results and evidence

To date, AI Innovation Lab has reached more than 1,400 students, offers 32 courses, and has accumulated more than 3,600 assessments. The September 2026 self-assessment recorded 10 sessions, 782 unique participants, and 2,180 attendances in the second season of AI Builders Fridays; 12 programs, 275 participants, 91% attendance, 80% participation, and an NPS of 92 in AI 4X; 12 AI Champions members and at least one project in production; and 19 solutions deployed by AI Builders.

Participation, learning, and deployed solution metrics for each initiative provide the evidence of its results.

Learning

AI adoption grows when progressive learning is paired with support inside each department and a clear path to evaluate initiatives and bring them into production.
